Card Eligibility

Only non-photo debit cards may be used for the myPic card. If you have a photo card, contact us to open a new debit card account for this product.

Image Guidelines

The following images will not be approved

  • Copyrighted or trademarked material
  • Branded products
  • Provocative, lewd or sexual content
  • Violence, violent acts or any type of death imagery
  • Socially unacceptable or discriminatory behavior signs
  • Profanity or other obscene behavior or gestures
  • Any photo that might result in non-acceptance or other problems at point of sale

Terms and Conditions

  1. You certify that you have read and understand the Image Guidelines and that the image you will submit to Shazam myPic complies with the Image Guidelines
  2. Unless otherwise waived, the deposit account linked to your card will be debited $15 on the 15th of the month following the order of your myPic Debit Card. The $15 fee will apply to all new, replacement, and reissued myPic Debit Cards.
    1. You authorize Farmers & Merchants Union Bank to charge all applicable fees to the deposit account linked to the myPic Debit Card.
  3. You warrant to Farmers & Merchants Union Bank that:
    1. You are the owner of the image (i.e. the image was taken by you) or you have obtained express consent from the image’s owner to use the image on your myPic Debit Card.
    2. You have obtained express consent from any person whose image you use on your myPic Debit Card.
    3. Use of the image will not infringe any business’s or individual person’s rights, including intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights.
  4. Farmers & Merchants Union Bank’s liability hereunder is limited to refunding the fee associated with the issuance of the myPic Debit Card, and Farmers & Merchants Union Bank is not liable to you for any loss, damage, claim or expense whatsoever in relation to any action by Farmers & Merchants Union Bank permitted under these Terms and Conditions. Farmers & Merchants Union Bank is not responsible for poor quality images or images poorly positioned on the Shazam myPic template.
  5. If a submitted image is rejected, Shazam will notify you by email.
  6. If a submitted image is rejected, you can submit a new image and request a new custom card design.
  7. Farmers & Merchants Union Bank reserves the right not to accept or use any image you submit, or to refuse to issue a myPic Debit Card.
