Why should I use Account Alerts?
We suggest all customers set up Account Alerts to monitor account activity and help guard against fraud. When you activate Account Alerts, you'll know exactly what's happening with your money, and you can watch for suspicious activity in real-time.
How do I sign up to receive Account Alerts?
Log into FMUB Online Banking (www.fmub.bank) and select the "Alerts" option located in the upper portion of the screen. Select "Alert Options" to choose the alerts you wish to receive.
Can I set up alerts in the FMUB Mobile app?
Yes. To set up push notifications through our personal Mobile app, just log in, select "More" from the main menu, then select "Alerts." Turn on Push Notifications. Once turned on, you can set up account alerts, security alerts, and view your recent history of alerts sent.
Is there a fee for Account Alerts?
No. This is a free service for FMUB customers. However, text message and data fees may be charged by your service provider to receive alerts.
How do I choose how I want Account Alerts delivered?
Account Alerts can be delivered by text, email, mobile app or through Online Banking. Once logged into "Alerts" in Online Banking, select the "Contact Options" tab and choose the method(s) of delivery that work best for you.
Can I receive a daily balance alert?
Yes. Simply choose the "Current balance" alert from the "Balance" category of alerts. Choose the accounts you want the daily balance alerts on, and the time/method you'd like those alerts delivered to you.
Can I send alerts to more than one person?
Yes. When setting up alerts, in the "Contact Options" tab there is a link to add additional email addresses and text numbers.
